Half and Half Chocolate Fondue Recipe Ingredients
150g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa, and the better the quality, the better the fondue), roughly chopped into small-ish pieces
150g milk chocolate (again, the better the quality of chocolate you use, the better your fondue will be), roughly chopped into small-ish pieces
1/2 cup thickened cream
strawberries
bananas
macadamia nuts
fresh figs
marshmallows
Half and Half Chocolate Fondue Recipe Directions
Into the fondue pot, combine the dark chocolate, milk chocolate and cream
Set the burner going beneath the fondue pot.
Continually stir the chocolate and cream together until all the chocolate has melted and combined with the cream to form a glossy and smooth fondue.
Use strawberries, thick slices of banana, macadamia nuts, fresh fig halves and/ or marshmallows to dip into the rich and heavenly chocolate fondue.
