Chocolate Fondue to Impress
Indulgent, rich & creamy, this chocolate fondue will have you and your guests "ahhhhhhhh"ing for ages!
Chocolate & Cream Fondue Ingredients
250g (or approx 9 oz) chocolate, roughly chopped
80ml (or approx 1/3 cup) heavy/ thickened cream
6 figs (fresh is best), halved (optional)
12 strawberries (fresh is best) (optional)
150g macadamia nuts (optional)
2 large bananas (optional)
1 packet marshmellows (optional)
Chocolate & Cream Fondue Directions
Into the bottom of your fondue pot, combine the chocolate and heavy/ thickened cream.
Light the fondue burner underneath the fondue pot.
Make sure the heat is low - medium.
Stir the chocolate and cream until the chocolate has melted and combined well with the cream.
Mixture should be smooth and glossy.
Use the fruit/ nuts/ marshmellows to dip into the fondue pot.
