Chicken fondue and spicy chili

Quick, easy & delicious - and your guests will be raving about your fabulous fondue fare for months!

Chicken Fondue with Chili Dip Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves (skinless & de-boned), cut into one-inch strips (as if you were going to stir-fry them)
1 litre (or approx 40 fl oz) chicken broth
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
salt & black pepper (freshly ground), to taste

Chili Dip Ingredients

350ml (or approx 12 oz) chili sauce
½ cup of mayonnaise
1 small onion, very finely diced

Chicken Fondue with Chili Dip Directions

In a bowl, toss the chicken breast strips with the salt & pepper.
In your fondue pot over fondue burner, bring the chicken broth to the boil.
Add in garlic.
In a bowl, combine the chili sauce, mayonnaise and onion.
Mix well.
Cook chicken strips on fondue fork in boiling chicken broth for approx 1 minute per strip.
Dunk cooked chicken in chili dip and enjoy!
