This beef fondue recipe is easy and ever so tasty. You'll be making it not only for dinner guests, but for fun family winter evenings.
Beef Fondue Recipe Ingredients
1kg (or approx. 2.2 lbs) sirloin beef, cut into one-inch strips (as if you were going to stir-fry them)
1 litre (or approx 40 fl oz) beef broth
5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
salt & black pepper, to taste
Beef Fondue Recipe Directions
Into a bowl, toss the beef strips with the salt & black pepper to season the beef.
In your fondue pot over the fondue burner, bring the beef broth to the boil.
Add in garlic, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
Cook beef strips on fondue fork in boiling beef broth for approx 1 minute per strip.
Dip into your favourite sauce and enjoy!
